Additional Door Servicing Options

Internal door finishing

Lacquering, priming and paint options available—call the sales team for further information.

Cut outs or trimmed areas will need to be painted after installation to ensure the product is fully sealed.

Aperture cutting and glazing

An affordable way to machine and glaze apertures of your choice.
Professional high quality spray finish applied.
Bespoke aperture cutting and glazing available on most products.
Clear, obscure, wired and fire rated glass options available.

Supply and fit intumescent seals to FD30 rated doors

Standard intumescent and combined smoke seal available in various widths.
Saves time, cost and risk of damages on-site.
Ensures the correct seal is accurately fitted in line with the product fire certification.

Rebating 12mm to form a pair

A cost effective way to accurately machine rebates.
standard 35mm and some 44mm FD30 door options.
FD30 rebating includes the correct intumescent strips to rebated meeting stiles.
Right or left hand push or pull available—please specify when ordering.
Remember—adding a 12mm rebate to your pair will reduce the overall width by 12mm.
