Hideaway is a sliding door framing kit suitable for plasterboard walls, created to conceal sliding doors within a wall cavity. Hideaway is able to recover the space normally occupied by traditional hinged doors and is a simple but perfect solution for lightweight sliding pocket doors.
Features
- Steel-wrapped studs, nailed to pre-assembled header provide maximum rigidity
- Keyhole slots in aluminium track allow easy removal in unlikely event of this being necessary
- Floor plate brackets provided to allow studs to easy slide over to ensure perfect alignment
- Unique hanger locking clip enables easy fitting and removal of the door from hanger, if required
- Flush pull handles and other accessories also available
- Soft closing available
- Simultaneous opening (synchro) optional
Inserdor Sliding & Folding Door Systems
Inserdor is a high quality and innovative sliding door system suitable for use on plasterboard walls, where the door is equired to silently slide within a cavity wall. The system is available in either cassette or kit forms and is designed to be easily and quickly fitted to drastically reduce on-site installation time.
- No floor channels required
- Frame's horizontal and vertical profiles manufactured from zinc coated galvanized steel
- Frame is manufactured from galvanized steel panels with dovetail corrugation to provide maximum rigidity to ensure perfect bonding with the plaster
- Tested for use on on fire rated doors up to FD30 (30 mins)
- Jamb kits available in MDF, Oak, Tanganika and White Laminate
- Easy to install, drastically reducing installation time on site
- Available in many sizes in pre-assemble cassette or kit forms
- Jamb kits available to suit 100mm or 125mm finished wall sizes
Foldaside 50 Sliding & Folding Door Systems
The Foldaside 50 is a reliable hardware system purpose designed for internal or external folding doors up to 50kg per leaf. The end door within the set is secured using a pivot bearing whilst the other doors are aligned by means of unobtrusive hinges and hangers that bring the panels together.
- For timber, timber framed or composite doors
- Neatly stacking to either one or both sides
- No recessed floor channel necessary with 2 leaf configurations
- A maximum of six doors can behinged together
- Suitable for odd or even suites of doors
- Stable and smooth operation
